Well, you have a point. Tables are pretty menacing. What they should have done is set up an Occupy Wall Street sort of encampment.
Our local campus, Ohio University, allows tables in the foyer, and yes, they allowed the Agape Fellowship to set one up and pass out pamphlets and Jesus key chains. No one complained. Of course, they also allowed the LGBT crowd to have one as well, but not on the same day.
