The Current Occupant wants Canada’s help? And in a direct and immediately useful manner? Give the OK for the completion of the Trans-Canada pipeline, even expediting it by all means necessary, to allow the flow of some 830,000 barrels of petroleum daily, to the refineries in the US Gulf Coast. Much of this product will go out into the world market, flooding it with product so relatively inexpensive, as to make the production of Middle Eastern oil a glut on the market. And by causing this glut in the market, deny the Middle Eastern potentates the flow of cash with which they are funding the ISIS and its pernicious message to the world. It would work against Russia, too.
John D. Rockefeller used this tactic 120 years ago to drive his competition out of existence.

Obama refused to listen to his advisers in the military and the warnings the loyal opposition. He now owns the issue.
His minions in the press will try to fob the problem off on the Republicans, but it will be to no avail. Obama has flubbed up on his ISIL policy too much. Think of his 'no strategy' and that ISIL is not "Islamic". So the problem is in his court fully.
And I, for one, am enjoying watching him, the Democratic Party and the Mainstream media squirm.
The only two things Obama has mastered is misery and failure and he wants to spread it around like a cold sore at college.
