I remember in 1976 running outside to see snowflakes in the winter. Of course they melted on touchdown to anything.

In the burbs of Ft. Lauderdale FL.

I remember a Christmas during the 70’s outside of Wash.,DC and it was totally snowless Christmas.

One of my younger brothers received a bike from Mom & Dad(obm) it was the high handlebar type but it had a type of motor on in but it wasn’t a “real” motorbike-(he was much younger & I think in retrospect my parents didn’t want him to hurt himself with a real one)

That year was no snow and 72deg outside. I remember him sitting at the top of our steep high driveway. i’ll never forget my brother seeing he got his “bike” for that Christmas.

Mom and Dad were good to us even tho we didn’t have a lot of money.
