Are you suggesting they’ve already married him, or that he’s hoping they will if he’s very, very nice to them?

What a sad state of affairs it is, though, if the society can look at images of a person (man or woman) being raped, and find it embarrassing to the victim and not deathly incriminating to the perpetrator instead.
