Without any warranty they could virtually come up with any finding for an arrest.
Makes sense. It’s already illegal to have sunny side eggs in New Jersey.
So the ends justify the means?
I miss the rule of law. The Constitution was nice while it lasted, and freedom was beautiful. I wonder how many generations our descendents will have to wait before this experiment is tried again, and whether the next free country will learn from our mistakes.
I think a law should be passed requiring a strip search and inventory the property of the cops before they go in to execute any warrant of such vague intent.
Don’t hold your breath for a court challenge.
Courts have upheld that nanny-Statism activities such as DUI checkpoints pass Constitutional muster because the public good outweighs the erosion of our fundamental rights.

It’s pretty extreme. What’s next? While checking for underage drinking police noticed a messy kitchen and the baby needed a diaper change. Bam! Kid taken by the state. Stuff like this could get people hurt.
