Guns are becoming the prop of choice in campaign ads around the country this midterm year.

Take it as another sign that the Obama administration’s gun control push is running aground: Firearms have become this year’s go-to accessory for candidates of both parties seeking to advertise their toughness and willingness to fight.

Hmmm. Let's see how many buy in to this pre-election "I may be a dhimmiokkkrat, but I love me some 2nd amendment." rhetoric. It's a guarantee of your right to go huntin'. Hopefully enough people will know wool when they see it being pulled over thier eyes.

Obviously Mike Bloomberg’s “Billionaires Against Your Second Amendment Rights” campaign really paid off.

LOL! In the ad she actually says (paraphrasing) “My opponents want you to think I’m bho. ‘BOOM’. I’m not bho.” No doubt. She is a lot better looking and shoots skeet better. Of course bho posing with a “shootgun” is a little disturbing to say the least. “OWWW! That hurt my little girly man shoulder. WAAAAA!”

The Democrats used this BS to good effect in 2006.

Yeah, I keep hearing and seeing “gop-e destined to make gains in mid-terms”. I’m hopin’ but not getting very giddy about the prospect. Not that much would change.

As someone I know in KY said: when Kentuckyians go shooting they don’t wear clothing mail ordered from LL Bean.

But it IS damn amusing watching Grimes sell herself as a Sarah Palin clone.

If Grimes is smart she will avoid photos on a girl's bicycle wearing a helmet.

If I were running the GOP campaign strategy, I’d be reminding voters quite often of exactly what Obama and the Dems tried to do to our 2A rights last year. I’d be tying every one of these Dem candidates in tight races to Obama’s gun control policy early and often in my ad campaigns.
