This reminds me of the aftermath of the Salem Witch trials when the “affected” girls went into a town and when several local women passed them they went into their “possessed” routine of howling and falling down.
They realized no one was paying attention to them so they got up and went on their way. The witch scare had run it’s course, now the glo-bull warming scare has run it’s course.
I think they think that if they wave their hands around a lot and tell bigger lies, that people will believe them.
