WASHINGTON — Democrats have reversed the partisan imbalance on the federal appeals courts that long favored conservatives, a little-noticed shift with far-reaching consequences for the law and President Obama’s legacy. For the first time in more than a decade, judges appointed by Democratic presidents considerably outnumber judges appointed by Republican presidents. The Democrats’ advantage has only grown since late last year when they stripped Republicans of their ability to filibuster the president’s nominees. Democratic appointees who hear cases full time now hold a majority of seats on nine of the 13 United States Courts of Appeals. When Mr. Obama took office, only one of those courts had more full-time judges nominated by a Democrat. The shift, one of the most significant but unheralded accomplishments of the Obama era, is likely to have ramifications for how the courts decide the legality of some of the president’s most controversial actions on health care, immigration and clean air. Since today’s Congress has been a graveyard for legislative accomplishment, these judicial confirmations are likely to be among its most enduring acts.

Yep, Obama is packing the courts with far left Marxists who will help him destroy the constitutional rule of law.
Republican Senators waved through a whole cabal of these leftist judicial candidates in the last couple of weeks.
Every Republican should have voted against every one of them (unless the candidate had an unqualified history of fair decision making) and made Dingy Harry rely on his nuclear option just to show how partisan Obummer’s clown candidates were.
But the Gutless Old Party does not know how to fight.
Soooo, when Republican-appointed judges are in the majority, the federal bench is biased; but when Democrat-appointed judges are in the majority, the federal bench is balanced. I get it.

Judges can be impeached just like the president. Let’s start digging dirt and getting ready to rid the country of activist vermin.

but Romney is a Mormon...and he’s not a pure conservative....so we couldn’t have possibly voted him in and bamey the boy princess out....
The way to undo the damage is for the Stupid Party, when in power, to expand the court’s number and then ram through conservative judges, (assuming any can be found), ala Harry Reid, thus diluting out the commie judges Bath House appointed.

OK. Aaah we need to fix the Federal Bench it’s aaah too biased.
So, aah Harry aah Nancy get me a list of good people.
We want to focus on Blacks and aah if you can find more wise Latinas and oh maybe some Indians.
American Indians mind you; that other type the aah Jindal type is aah not good.
Don’t bother with any Asians, most of the get confused between politics and the law.
Fill in the rest with Union folk, Activists, and Party friends.
Yeah aaah that ought to do it.
