So if someone drowns in a swimming pool, they can sue the water company who supplied the water?

Sure, and sue oil companies that provide fuel for a drunk drivers car.

The way they work it’s more like they would sue the life preservers. The “fish in a barrel” concept seems to fly right over their heads. “Shooter kills multiple people in theater and nobody shoots back” Gee, why is that? The only thing gun control does is get people killed, it does exact opposite they say it does. I saw a video yesterday of a guy getting robbed and shooting the robber. Threat instantly neutralized, and this happens all the time, but you’ll rarely if ever see the press report it. Instead they’ll report on the store owner who was killed during a robbery because unfortunately was unarmed because his 2nd amendment constitutional right was unconstitutionally infringed upon and now he is dead, and the press will blame once again the gun not the fact that he had no way to defend himself.

The reach of Liberals is endless.

Will they also sue the cement company for providing the material for the pool?

How about suing the sun for lighting up the pool with daylight??

How about suing the UPS or Fed Ex driver that delivered the ammo??

How about suing the paper company that made the envelope or packaging involved???

How about suing the ink company that provided the ribbon to print the delivery label??

The Liberals of the world are truly disturbed people.

The coming shooting war will erase many of them.

This suit is harassment pure and simple. The defendants must hire a lawyer, go through the aggravation and stress of dealing with the BS involved and the negative impact on their reputations. It also sends a message to other sellers that they may be attacked.
