PATERSON, N.J. (WABC) -- A disabled veteran was thrown out of a fast food restaurant because of his service dog.
The incident itself is troubling enough, but you won't believe what happened after the Eyewitness News investigators arrived at the restaurant to demand answers.
It's one of the most bizarre exchanges Eyewitness News has ever had on a story. Federal law is very clear: Dogs are recognized as service animals and all businesses open to the public, including restaurants, must allow them in.
But a U.S. Army veteran says a Subway restaurant in Paterson, New Jersey, blatantly ignored the law, and now, he's determined to send them a message in court.
I'm sick of hearing about moslem taxi drivers - moslem VA doctors - and now restaurant owners devaluing vet's and other citizens because they chose to offer PUBLIC services - but demand everyone that walks through their door respect islam - this is BS!
But bakers are forced to make “wedding cakes” for homosexuals. Seems fair.

I wouldn’t boycott the chain because of the alleged actions of one franchise owner or manager. Let’s see what Subway corporate does.
I have noticed that many of the Subways in my neck of the woods are owned and operated by foreigners. Many of the employees speak English with such heavy accents, I can’t understand them most of the time. Of course, being half deaf doesn’t help either. :)

This happens quite often is fast food eateries. IMO it has to do with room temp IQ’s of their employees. And these people want a bump to $10.10? Get real....
Clearly we all need to start walking around with pigs. Perhaps then they will all go back to their third world hell holes.
Let me guess. This Muslim Subway owner is doing like the Muslims in the UK by offering Halal meat ONLY and no bacon in his Subway.
