A very large Christian population existed in Nagasaki before we dropped the second A-bomb. :(

A true tragedy of the A-bomb drop. It wasn't supposed to be, as Nagasaki was an alternate site and the sky cleared enough for the drop. Most of the Christians in Japan were centered there and wiped out, along with POW's. Sad.
