Today, the Government of Canada announced that it will provide strategic airlift support for military supplies to Iraq from the Czech Republic. Under Operation IMPACT, the Canadian Air Task Force Iraq will begin operating from the Czech Republic, delivering Eastern European small-arms ammunition to Iraq to assist the Iraqi security forces protect civilians from the terrorist threat presented by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
Working with our allies, Canada is promoting security and stability in Iraq in the face of the ISIL terrorist threat and is helping to lead the worlds humanitarian response. I am proud of our men and women in uniform proving much-needed support to Iraqi security forces and protecting the lives of many innocent citizens threatened by ISILs cowardly and unacceptable acts of terrorism.

Yep, the designation here is CC-177. They were ordered during the Afghan campaign when it was realized that depending on charter operators for heavy-lift during wartime was Not a Good Thing.
