A violent night on Detroit's northwest side has police investigating two scenes after multiple people were shot at a candlelight vigil.

Detroit police confirm two people are dead including 33-year-old Kercilla Reed.

"And a total of five others that have been shot are in temp-serious condition," said Assistant Police Chief Steven Dolunt.

Chief Craig can be proud of the crime reduction in Detroit but he was on target when he said that criminals will continue to shoot each other as they’ve always done. (Weenies upset because he doesn’t care if criminals kill each other)

A little strange maybe, but more the status quo than weird.
Probably happens many, many times a week in all of America's cities (big and small) but never gets reported on a national scale.

I think the story was poorly proofread. At the website the headline has a misspelling: "Violence erupts at candlelight vigil on Detriot's northwest side" Or perhaps is was a subliminal message.
