Here's hoping that we never find out, but there's no way Obama would nuke Iran if they nuked Israel. It simply wouldn't happen, and there would be no media outcry to do it. In fact, he'd give them the word and there'd be a media outcry NOT to do it.
I'd bet money on this one, I'm that certain of it.
Surely a moot point, as Iran’s ayatollahs don’t want to volunteer themselves as suicide bombers. Hell, deterrence has even come to work with Hezbollah. After the 2006 war with Israel, their commander Hassan Nasrallah said that had they anticipated the scale of Israel’s response, they wouldn’t have made the cross-border attack that precipitated the conflict. At the same time, the Islamic world is convinced that 0bama and Democrats, along with all Americans, are onesidedly for Israel, because controlled by Jewish money, in thrall to Jewish wiles, blah blah and the rest of the 57 varieties of anti-Semitic nonsense. But, perception of the threat from the US, not the actual threat, will govern the mullahs’ actions, and they perceive the US as unswervingly committed to Israel, be the adminstration that of Bush or 0bama.
