I think we are using the word “strong” differently.
“Macho” might be a better word, but you’ve hit the end of my English abilities as a non-native speaker.

As a Spaniard familiar with the word "Macho," there is Macho and then there is just plain freakin crazy. For example:

Putin can’t even get the facts of the horrid events straight. The Iranian-born Katsav was convicted of raping one woman (although he was serial philanderer).
He was sentenced to 7 years in prison by Israel.
Compared to how the USA treated rapist Clinton, I’d say Israel shines in comparison.
