So many Republicans have yet to figure out the difference between what something looks like, such as a plus sign on a scoreboard of wins for Republicans even when those Republicans are functional Democrats -- and what something stands for, such as a direction that, if it wins, will start making things BETTER by reducing government. It's symbol (Republican) versus substance (a limited-government politician who would work to cut back government tyranny and return responsibilities and freedoms to free moral people).
