I think there is also the opportunity to pursue a line of questioning concerning whether this joker ever lied in his life. If it can be shown that he once lied, then he has no excuse not to ‘lie’ and say, “so help me God”. At the same time, by doing that, he is confirming his lack of trustworthiness by ‘lying’! A good lawyer should be able to get this joker punted because of his frivolous lawsuit.
