in fact what the usa must do is take the offensive and hunt them down and kill them... we have the technology and intel to do this and keep them on the run... when they are running and finally dead they are unable to launch a major attack on the isa.
far as domestic terrorists go, we have sufficient technology... its the law that has to be adjusted... to permit preemptive action... the rbi has always had the heads up given... they just don’t act on it.... why is a separate issue. in the case of 9/11/01 they knew of the plot... in the case of mc weigh... they knew of the plot ... in the case of the boston bombers... they knew of the plot ... THIS IS THE REAL ISSUE... NOT THE INTENTIONS OF INSANE JIHADIS...
