I get it that the EU puppetmasters want to own Ukraine's resources and potential wealth. But this has become absurd. Do they really want the inept and war-thirsty Kiev gov in charge of the land between Turkey and Europe? Russia is far more capable of keeping that region secure for civilization.

The real threat isn't Putin. It's that Europe is being over-run by Muslims who don't like them. Is saving the Kiev gov really worth risking the resources they need and being over-run from the east?

It isn't only about the Ukraine. How much of the old Soviet Union are you willing to cede back to Putin in order to buy his help in securing peace in the Middle East? Kazakhstan? (Putin has already said it's not a “real” country.) The Baltics? Putin wants to put Humpty Dumpty back together again, and won't be satisfied until he does.
