KYIV, September 8 /Ukrinform/. Russian soldiers and militants conducted active actions near Mariupol and Donetsk since yesterday's evening.
Head of the Information Resistance group Dmytro Tymchuk said about this on his page on Facebook.
“Since the yesterday's (7.09.2014) evening, the enemy conducted active actions in the area of Mariupol, Donetsk, Debaltseve,” he wrote.
In addition, Tymchuk informed that Russian military and terrorists fired positions and roadblocks of Ukrainian military with the use of small arms, mortars and grenade launchers in the area of inhabited localities of Zhdanivka, Zolote, Nyzhnia Krynka, Fashchivka.

Poroshenko to visit Mariupol today
KYIV, September 8 /Ukrinform/. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will go on a working visit to Mariupol.
The press service of the media liaison department of the Donetsk regional administration reports.
“The Head of state is expected to visit industrial enterprises and the infrastructure objects of Mariupol,” the press service noted. I read his son is serving in Ukrainian Military active duty there.
Poroshenko is giving the Russians an opportunity to either halt their assault upon Mariupol or present the world with the optics of Russia attacking the city and port in violation of the ceasefire even while the President of the Ukraine who negotiated the ceasefire with Putin is personally present with the press corps to observe Russian violations.
