Why So Many Jihadists Come From Belgium

Anti-Islam Protest Belgium

A group wearing T-shirts reading "Stop Islamization" protest during a demonstration in Brussels on Sept. 11, 2007, regarding what some believe as the Islamization of Europe.

As more than a thousand Westerners have joined the conflict in Iraq and Syria, the most per-capita have come from Belgium, according to an analysis by Business Insider.

Between 250 and 400 jihadists in the area are thought to have come from the small European nation, which has a population of 11 million.

Although the trend may seem surprising from a highly developed state known for waffles and EU bureaucracy, a closer look at Belgium's fractured society shows this may have been a long time coming.

Failed Integration

Muslim immigrants are not well integrated into Belgian society despite decades of immigration there from countries like Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey, and Algeria.

While Muslim Belgians make up only 4-6% of the country’s population, some politicians say their very presence threatens the Belgian way of life.

Belgium Anti-Islam

Members of the Flemish Nationalist Party hold a banner that reads "Europe for Europeans, Islamization out" during a demonstration regarding what some believe as the Islamization of Europe.

Wearing a face veil can earn you a $200 fine in Belgium, and far-right anti-immigrant political groups have achieved healthy levels of support.

Vlaams Belang, a Flemish political party which has advocated deporting Muslim immigrants who don’t renounce their faith, has achieved upwards of 20% of the vote in some regional elections.

In 2013, Minister for Integration and current leader of the Flemish government, Geert Bourgeois, spoke about a report showed less than 1/3 of young Muslims felt accepted by Flemish society.

unemployment, discrimination, and economic deprivation in the Islamic community.

are not relevant to thei views, attitudes, and actions. The Koran is all that determines these things.

You can't fight something with nothing.

Multi-Kulti uber-alles socialism was like a muscle paralyzing drug fed into Europe.

There is a great video series on Vice.com about the ISIS run city of Rakka, Syria. One of the members of ISIS came from Belgium and his son with him in Rakka was born in Belgium. What does the proud dad want his son to do? Go back to Belgium and behead Belgians.

While Muslim Belgians make up only 4-6% of the country’s population...

Sounds very low. Those numbers certainly aren't true for Brussels, and way off for Brussels youth.

I was in a Brussels downtown subway station about 5 years ago around the end of the school day. I could have been in Rabat or Tripoli. Large crowds of young people, overwhelmingly from the wrong side of the Mediterranean, girls all in headscarves. Nightmarish.

Loss of Western moral values in Belgium. Nature abhors a vacuum. See http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3200824/posts

That is exactly the problem.

Multicult is actually a bigger threat than Islam. Islamization is a symptom, multicult is the disease.

It’s impossible to “integrate” people under a multicult belief system.

The premise behind multiculturalism is a logical impossibility. How can two or more cultures whose values are exactly opposite be considered equal and expected to peacefully coexist?

The problem is that the “Christian” population of Belgium is probably in the 5% range and the rest of the Population is composed of government worshipping Nihilists.

The Muslims believe in their cause and their Religion. The majority of Europeans believe in Nothing except maybe Global Warming.

It ought to be obvious that any nation allowing a group of low IQ nutters who believe in sharia, killing infidels, and treating females as second class citizens and sex slaves should not be permitted. To anyone but liberals.

Take a stroll outside the main train station in Brussels (Bruxelles Midi) and you can imagine yourself in Beirut on a cool wet day. Belgium, like most of Europe, suffers from the condition known as TMFA (Too Many F!@#$%& Arabs). The infestation is serious and potentially fatal. So far only the right wing Flemish nationalists, Vlaams Blok, who are themselves problematic as they retain a stubborn anti-Semitic streak, seem to have the faintest clue.

They’re not happy in Gaza ..
They’re not happy in Libya ..
They’re not happy in Iran ..
They’re not happy in Iraq ..
They’re not happy in Yemen ..
They’re not happy in Afghanistan ..
They’re not happy in Pakistan ..
They’re not happy in Syria ..
They’re not happy in Tunisia ..

SO, WHERE ARE THEY HAPPY TO BE?

They’re happy to be in Australia ..
They’re happy to be in Canada ..
They’re happy to be in England ..
They’re happy to be in France ..
They’re happy to be in Italy ..
They’re happy to be in Germany ..
They’re happy to be in Sweden ..
They’re happy to be in the USA ..
They’re happy to be in Holland ..
They’re happy to be in Belgium ..
They’re happy in Denmark ..
They’re happy to be in Norway...

Basically, they’re happy to be in every country that is not Muslim and unhappy to be in every country that is!

AND WHO DO THEY BLAME?

Not Islam.
Not their leadership.
Not themselves.

THEY BLAME THE COUNTRIES THEY ARE HAPPY TO BE IN!

AND THEN: They want to change those countries to be like….
THE COUNTRY THEY CAME FROM WHERE THEY WERE UNHAPPY!
