3 people at my office got Leaf’s in August.

Nissan is basically paying you to drive it: $208/per month with nothing down and free charging for 2 years.

3 years from now, Nissan will lose $15K on EVERY leaf it sold in 2014.

If you own Nissan stock, get out, NOW!!!!

I’m curious - how does Nissan provide the ‘free charging’?

Do you park at the dealership...do they give you a check?

The Volt leases are already coming back and causing a problem from GM. Predictably, the re-sale value on an overpriced car, which includes a huge battery with a definite shelf life, is very low:

$14,871 was the avg price for 2-3 year old Volts....or 65% depreciation in 2-3 years.
