Obama, simply put, is a figurehead. Nothing originates from this man as he is mentally incapable of constructing in his mind that which is necessary to affect this nation in the negative manner it has been. That would require a chess master’s mind. I doubt he is equipped mentally to engage in a game of checkers. Hell. He is incapable of speaking cogently without a teleprompter! I see him as a functional addict. When he is away from his “substance”, he has short attention span and is antsy. The time this hit home was when he left an important meeting in the middle with no explanation. I have heard of that happening several times.
