Perhaps he thinks ACORN can defeat ISIS.
The moslem brotherhood is in the whitehouse and has crafted the strategy of shuck and jive for Obama. Just enough tap and shuffle to make the suckers think he cares while the world is on fire with moslems.
Heads can be defined as hazardous waste. And if ISIS is just dumping them he can sic the EPA on them. Then they’ll REALLY get it!

Don’t mean to be flippant, only a way to vent my anger. I hate saying this about the President of the United States, but my hunch is it is not the beheadings as much as it is the world knows about the beheadings.
As long as Americans are slaughtered on a national and global stage, he has to give it at least a little of his attention, if nothing else but for show.
And besides, the Daily Mail writes mean things about him when there is a crisis.
