I heard the 1/5 female college students sexually assulted just the other night on CBS news reporting about the “yes means yes” thing in California.
IF I were a college student accused of “raping” a drunken female, I would claim that IF we did have sex, I was the one who was raped because I was too drunk to resist.
It is too bad this issue is being politicized. I believe their is a problem on campus and the cover-up is to handle these charges administratively. The reason colleges want to sweep them under the rug is to avoid liability of reckless policies that allow males unfettered access to halls and rooms. Combined with students RA and security, the universities have protect against liability.
