All US carriers have banned the device. You can’t use it on any US carrier.
Use of one of those devices is a FAA reg violation, and can get the user fined several thousand bucks on the spot by the gov’t. No ticket, no hearing, pay up.
Some folks have no business on an aircraft and should only be allowed to ride a bus.
