Al Imran is the third sura'. The way to say it would be Surat Al Imran Ayah 151 (Al Imran 151).

There are plenty of Muslim sources that say Qu'ran 3:151. For example here.

His analogy to the Bible would have to be "Bible 43:3:16"

That's what I'm wondering - fake? As in someone (non-Muslim) trying to stir up anti-Muslim hate and discontent? For the purpose of??? Then highlighting all those bad "right-wing" groups picking on Muslims? Or to cause general unrest and have an excuse for curfews, or even as far as marshal law?

It just seems suspicious in the timing and methods used. Wouldn't a real Muslim extremist just blow up or burn the Church, not spray paint it?
