Egyptians must compensate the Hebrews for below minimum wage work expended on the pyramids.
About the same level of proof, relevancy, and documentation.
-—Egyptians must compensate the Hebrews for below minimum wage work expended on the pyramids.——
The Hebrews of the Old Testament did not build the pyramids...
...and they did not work for wages...
They were slaves...
Besides that I agree with your post....!
In Exodus there are references to "the God of the Hebrews" and to "the children of Israel." The term "Jews" is later (originally derived either from the tribe of Judah or the kingdom of Judah). When the kingdom split because Rehoboam refused to reduce taxes, the two tribes of Judah and Benjamin remained loyal to the House of David. Probably there were members of the other tribes who assimilated and became part of the Jewish people (although the Samaritans are the direct descendants of the northern tribes). There are DNA studies that indicate that some modern Jews are descended from the priestly tribe of Levi.
St. Paul, in the first century, was aware of being descended from the tribe of Benjamin.
