Logistics makes that impossible. The country is WAY too big and has WAY too many people for the number of government goons to do much but maybe secure a couple of cities.
Also factor in the number of weapons on both sides.
As a straight war college logistics exercise, ain't no way, no how.
They don't have numbers, position, logistics tail, manufacturing, or any of that.
This little burg of over 50K has 20 each LE. That's pretty poor odds on manning, if you are counting.
Most of the nation is like that.
Lots of the military and guard are deployed, just back from deployed, or going to deploy.
Nope. They can't do it.
