Affirmative action policies required by various levels of government would indicate there is officially a genetic deficiency for blacks and Hispanics (but not whites or Asians); that would also apply to gender as well.

I'm tired of hearing about race and white privilege. They act as if things are just handed to you if you're white. Hard work and dedication have nothing to do with it. That might be true for liberal douchebags like Kristoff but it isn't like that for most white people. Maybe if blacks did a little more work and less whining they would be doing a little better.
