The Obamacare website puts a lot of effort into spinning statistics and says 15.25 million people are newly insured.
Of course, many of those are people who lost insurance and got "newly insured" through employers or medicaid. But, even if all the numbers were an exhibit of people who are new to having insurance, the program would seem to be a failure based on the need they campaigned on.

Toward the end of the enrollment period HHS was—without permission—opening accounts for people of whom that had enough personal data in an attempt to encourage the person to complete and sign the enrollment. These numbers may have been added.

No one wants to pay obscene prices for catastrophic coverage that they will never be able to use due to the deductibles. And people are leaving it? Really?
