Taking the average here in south Georgia, I would say 50/50 is about right.
Some big operations are all legals with visas and work permits. Others aren’t so much that way.

Some big operations are all legals with visas and work permits. Others arent so much that way. I can't blame the fruit pickers when the Americans want $50/hour to pick a watermelon. It's worth their while to hire what legals they can...and take their chances with the illegals.
The Feds know EXACTLY whose hiring legals or illegals. There are enough snitches in this world for the Feds to know everything.
