Just hold a press conference and say:
"Our overburdened taxpayers cannot and will not support any illegals that Washington has forced into our community. We will not provide shelter, we will not educate, nor will we provide any type of taxpayer assistance to illegal aliens."
You nailed it. If 0bama and thugs say by law they have to take the kids the mayor or highest official of a city or county should tell them to stuff that law.
