Must happen when other guys are not around. I’ve not seen such behavior before (except for by certain demographics known for harrassing everyone).
In Manhattan it is a regular occurrence. Also, I hate to be the one who notices this but eight times out of ten (at least) its a black guy doing it . . .
Very astute of you to recognize that. Decent men have no idea how other men behave when they think no one is watching.
