Egypt and the United Arab Emirates reportedly attack Libya while leaving US in the dark. Why is the Obama administration so out of the loop?

Has there been a crappier president us history than this? Its like his every decision is designed to undermine the influence and power of the United States. How on earth did he not only become President, but get himself re elected? At least with Jimmy Carter, the American people realised their folly and gave him the boot 4 years later.
It's like all the dithering over bombing ISIS in Iraq, of course the Pentagon can't do what Caliph Obama says he'll allow. How the hell could the Pentagon be sure not to hit the the very same people we arm and fund in Syria?
For all the Pentagon knows some of the people in Iraq are people we fund and equip in Syria who are just in Iraq for a couple of days R&R practicing their beheading technique. Caliph Obama wants to be sure that none of his Muslim Brotherhood "Freedom Fighter" pals would be killed by attacking targets in Iraq and no one can give him that assurance.
Besides, how many people really care if Orthodox Christians are slaughtered? YouTube and US churches are neck deep with garbage about how Catholics and Orthodox aren't even Christian anyway so what the Hell, why bother with a few tens of thousands of "those people" being slaughtered?

The "Great Game" is afoot again, with Russia supplanting us as the leading influence in the parts of the MidEast and Africa fighting Sharia governments.
Quite unlikely, is it not; Russia as Protector of Western Christian Civilization? (Cynically, or not!)
Egyptian backbone perhaps. Obama's policy, starting with giving a speech there and pushing "Arab Spring" chaos to topple the gov very nearly sent Egypt into the Dark Ages. Why would they wait for Obama, who STILL doesn't know that genocidal extremism has to be blown off the planet?
If they had told Obama, there probably would've been a press release that they were thinking about it.
