1.Driving a stolen car.
2.Involved in a car accident.(one can safely assume driving without a valid license, no insurance, and no registration.
3.Illegal alien, already previously deported once before.
I guess some people might consider all of the above to be “minor legal infractions”.
Deport all of them, confiscate their fraudulently acquired possessions, and put a lien on their future earnings.
Fine and/or jail the business owner that employed him, and fire all the government social workers that helped them fraudulently bilk the welfare system.
