I can’t believe a President of the United States would make a public statement like this. Did he just find out about IS? Did he just read about it in the papers? Is he completely out of touch with reality?

He’s the ultimate at avoiding contact with high gubamint officials, reading daily status reports, he probably doesn’t even know how to use Windows, but no matter, he’s brilliant in the eyes Uhhh of some Uhhh a few still,
