Why would the Sultan want to hurt ISIS? ISIS is doing Allah’s work. The problem is the reluctance to convert among the Jazids and the Christians and all the Moslems that do not quite share ISIS’s particular slant. Those obstructive pagans have to be cleared away for Dar al Islam Peace and Order to prevail.
Willful negligence.
Americans are suffering, generally, from the "normalcy bias". They cannot believe the president is a radical/communist/moslem. It is very sad to see what is happening.
