A bit confused by this. It appears to be a group of “Occupy” types, but they are opposing a bill

We the People Rising, is a grassroots, all-volunteer nationwide network seeking to influence – via activism – institutions of political corruption: the federal government – as well as state and municipalities – and the corporations and employers that hire and exploit illegal aliens.

Their biggest problem is that they don’t articulate a message. I have watched two of their videos and I cannot figure out what side they come down on. My only clue is this that Sen. Lara is sponsoring a bill that they oppose (but what is with the drag queen, was she part of their group or just happen to be in the office:

CA Driver’s License Bill for Illegals AB 60, the Health Care For All Act SB 1005, that would provide health care to illegals and SB1159.

The videographer seems obsessed with the fact there is food in the reception area, calling it a party and claiming it is on the taxpayer dime. I am guessing the drag queen was from some restaurant that provided the food for free. Her obsession with the other stuff widely detracted from their message (if they had one).

I know I would have run away from them if I was the Senator.
