Seems simple enough... Stop being a gang banger thug and you'll stop getting "executed".
243 blacks shot by police per year is one every 36 hours. It actually seems plausible, but the carefully researched USAToday says that there were 96 blacks killed in 400 police shootings averaged over seven years. Nowhere near 243.
So many blacks have been shot by police that it has permanently changed the migration pattern of land sharks...but I digress. Apparently blacks will believe this.

I don’t have time to catalogue them all, but a quick scan shows lots of Spanish names and “white” names.
In that same 36 hour period how many blacks are killed by other blacks?
