It should be obvious to the casual observer that things are going EXACTLY as desired by the NCA. Our country is on a course 180° to that established by the Founding Fathers. It is headed down hill fast and accelerating with all the force the rulers can muster. The President and his minons serve Baal and ignore the law. Congress does absolutely nothing. The states do absolutely nothing. State and Federal laws are all ignored by those in power. The government is outlawing reference to God so they can be the ultimate authority and arbiter of good and bad, right and wrong. We turn our back on our allies and fund those who would destroy us and them. We encourage the migration of people who destroyed their country and now intend to destroy ours. We given them free everything and won’t even fund morphine for our dying veterans. And, to those who feign surprise, to quote that old cowboy, “You’re a special kind of stupid, aren’t you?”

NTL REVIEW/DAVID HANSON----The Boston Bomber Tsarnaev brothers offer us a teachable moment about what has become near-suicidal US immigration policies. The sap-happy government cannot assure the public that it is now enforcing immigration laws already on the books,

(1) that foreign nationals must at least avoid criminal activity,

(2) that foreigners must stay off public assistance,

(3) that the US govt is disinclined to grant "asylum" (means a free ride on the US gravy train and endless SS payments) to “fearful refugees” from war-torn Islamic regions,

(4) on-the-book govt mandates that force struggling taxpayers to foot the bill for the refugees to go back and forth between America and their supposedly hostile homelands on the taxpayers' dime.

Former Guatemala Prez used US banks to launder millions (was elected to "redistribute" nation's wealth)

An ex-president of Guatemala faced charges in NY that he used US banks to launder millions looted from his impoverished nation. Alfonso Portillo took office in 2000 pledging to redistribute Guatemala’s wealth.

Portillo, 61, allegedly ran scams to drain the impoverished country's coffers. The feds say Portillo embezzled about $2.5M provided by the Taiwanese embassy....$1.5 million was earmarked for “Libraries for Peace”....books for school kids.

Portillo personally endorsed three, $500,000 checks issued against an account at the Intl Bank of China in Manhattan, then deposited the cash in the Miami bank account of a Guatemalan bank controlled by “a close associate and political supporter” .....the money was funneled to bank accounts in Paris in the names of Portillo’s ex-wife and daughter.

Portillo swindled nearly $4M defense funds ...and plundered the national bank run by his alleged co-conspirator through overdrafts financed by public reserves -- stolen money paid for expensive watches and cars, for himself and his associates, according to the indictment. (NY POST 5/28/13)

=========================================

WIKI The Guatemalan population at the 2010 Census was 1,044,209. Guatemalans are the fifth largest Hispanic group in the United States and the second largest Central American population, after Salvadorans. Half of the Guatemalan population is situated in two parts of the country, the Northeast and Southern California.

Along with other Central Americans such as Costa Ricans, they first arrived by way of Mexico and settled in urban areas like Chicago, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Houston, New York City and San Francisco.

The intensification of the Guatemalan Civil War during the 1970s and 1980s led to an influx of tens of thousands of Guatemalan refugees into the United States via Mexico, via both legal and illegal means. Guatemalan refugees became an important political and economic influence on seeking an end to their homeland's civil war, which finally came about in 1996.

They also organized to change policies of the Mexican government in dealing with Guatemalan immigrants' legal status, their experience in Mexico, and difficulties of Guatemalans in Mexico immigrating to the US.

Half of the Guatemplan population is situated in two parts of the country, the Northeast and Southern California. A combined population of 267,335 resides in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties. The Northeast megalopolis, extending from Northern Virginia to north of Boston is home to a population of 257,729 Guatemalans. Cities such as Langley Park, Maryland, Trenton, New Jersey, Stamford, Connecticut, Providence, Rhode Island, and Lynn, Massachusetts have significant concentrations of Guatemalans along the corridor.
