Not that she isn’t correct about Obama, but the more I read about Foley, the more I wonder about just how ‘innocent’ he was.
I don’t wish to say anything negative. But, the naïveté of his parents was stunning.

"As you may know, due to the recent downtime, we were forced to remove the James Foley video. This is the first time in the sites history that the server plug was pulled due to content. We were down 4 days because of that video.
For some reason, that video has caused a government sh*t storm across the web, they are removing it as fast as people put it up.
I have never seen a video cause this much of a stir inside governments across the world and I have been doing this since the mid 90's.
The site also took a financial hit, so for those that care, we need to try and regain some of the traffic lost over those last 4 days. So if you would like to help, all you need to do, is pick something off DR then go post it to your Facebook account, your twitter account, or somewhere online will people will see it, that way we can start to regain some of the traffic that was lost over this. That would help a lot.

I sort of wished I had watched it now. I didn’t want to see a beheading, but am interested in seeing why there are so many claiming it was faked. It sounds like there was a different knife from the one in the terrorist’s hand at the beginning and the knife on the ground.
The best I can figure, the first part is using Foley as propaganda to blame America and the second part may show Foley at some later time beheaded.
Maybe he put himself in harm's way thinking ISIS would treat him well too. It sounds like he was traveling with a group of rebels in Syria before ISIS got him.
I read that he was an Obama supporter so that's when I started checking on him. I couldn't find anything that said he was an Obama supporter, but found the article about Foley saying he was in a Villa. Anyone here find more information on him?

It IS very interesting the kerfluffle over the video didn't start until after everyone started questioning it's validity. Thank goodness Freepers like you scan the internet for instances like happened at Documenting reality, or some of us wouldn't even know about it!
I can't but wonder if they didn't have Foley convinced it was 'all for show' so he'd publicly denounce the US, then cut his useful idiot head off once the cameras stopped rolling.
I think it was fake, they show the terrorist running the knife against Foleys neck in a quick back and forth sawing motion yet there is absolutely no blood not to mention Foley acts like he hasn’t a care in the world and gives this perfectly spoken calm speech. From personal experience, when someones life is on the line like that, their mouth goes bone dry from fear and it makes it difficult to talk, but this guy is like “Ho hum...blah blah” Plus why would he agree to say that stuff anyway not to mention kneel down like a good boy and wait for his beheading? Then at the end, it shows his head laying on his headless body, but you really don’t know if it is him or not because the head is completely covered in blood. And then all this mass take down of the videos...I don’t know, something really fishy is going on here and it would not surprise me in the least if B.Hussein was behind it, I do not trust that mofo as far as I can throw him.
Oh yeah, and another thing - Foleys parents. Is this how parents normally react when their kid is killed? They come across to me as actors and do they even look him? I’m sorry if anyone disagrees with me, but this whole thing just absolutely stinks from here to high hell of being complete and utter bullsh*t.

Nope. When it first happened, an article came across Twitter about he'd said how justified the Middle Eastern people were for hating America's guts and other snippets of the progressive meme, but I didn't save it.

His mother was talking like an aging hippie and the father said that he didn’ believe ISIS was this bad.
Something seemed a little off kilter with the parents. They didn't say a word about the brutality of ISIS. They
evidently had a facebook page trying to get support for their son, but I never saw it.
It does seem as if Foley expected to be taken in by the rebels and treated well, since he was on the rebel’s side. Maybe he didn't mind being used for propaganda when he gave his message of support, but didn't realize he would be killed later.

How do we know he’s killed though? Anybody find the body? Was the body returned to the US? Is this going to be like another Osama Bin-Laden deal where we must “take the governments word for it” that he is dead and that is that? I was just looking at a photo of his headless body again, and although the head does look sort of like him, it also looks like the head has a mustache which Foley didn’t have. Plus there is not that much blood around the body but his head is completely covered in it. This is just really weird. Plus why did they shave his head? I’ve seen other ISIS beheadings and shaving the head is not something they do at all, I couldn’t find one other example of that except for the other prisoner in that Foley video, yet they shaved his head. They must have done it, why would he? Shaving my head would be the last thing I would be thinking about if I was a prisoner of these animals. Foley never shaved his head, Google his name, he always has hair. Did they do this because they were trying to make him look like someone else?
And get this: They said they WATCHED the beheading video!! Hello! If I saw a video of my kid getting beheaded, I would be in a straight jacket, they would have to tie me down to prevent me from swimming to Iraq, I would be completely and utterly out of my mind, and here she is laughing it up. No no no, something is is definitely out of whack here.
