That would seem to be the way to counter it. Overwhelm the system by reporting EVERYTHING.

Anyone remember, after Newtown, that online system that allowed people to report on neighbors who were known firearms owners? Iirc it quietly died when the guy’s who built it discovered THEY were being flagged for having proverbial “small arsenals” stashed away.
