I had to do that to one of my kids when he was an infant. My wife had posed all the kids on the table for a photo, and he started choking. One of the older boys said, “Penny”. I realized he’d dropped a coin down the poor kids’ throat and did the Heimlich. Out popped a penny.

He's not a hero, just a guy who had a skill at the time and place it was needed. A hero sacrifices for the good of others.
