One person commented: "In Latvia and Estonia, there is such a category of people-"non-citizens". People from between the USSR and the reality with which they do not want to accept.

Looking at yesterday's rally: wolf whistles after prisoners Ukrainian soldiers, I first wanted to category "non-citizens" and has now appeared in Ukraine.

Because these moral monsters, who are anything but citizens, cannot be given the right to vote. Should not be allowed to dictate the future of the country, people who hate that country."

I have been advised that “such DNR actions constitute grave violations of the laws of war and are punishable as war crimes. People in the Ukraine and outside the Ukraine should raise all kinds of Hell with the ICRC about its remaining silent about these kinds of war crimes.”

The prisoners held by terrorists, Donetsk on the 53rd anniversary of independence of Ukraine.

According to the article,it's actually the 23rd anniversary. Obviously a typo, since in 1961, Ukraine, as part of the Soviet Union at the height of Nikita Khrushchev's power, was hardly independent.
