As far as I can tell it only appears in the title, and was not used by Mr. Jefferson.

Other words in the title, but not in the article, include the word "hell".

Personally, I detest and am upset by the presence of the word "0bama".

While it may not fit the description of being hackneyed, I would be pleased to see this and all instances of "0bama" orkneyed.
