Hit them hard, hit them fast, and hit them often, until the enemy either offers an unconditional surrender for their very survival and continued existence, or you kill all of them off. Either result of a US military total warfare campaign would be acceptable. Any other compromise would be unacceptable. That is how you defeat an enemy.

Col Peters has the solution. Kill everyone of them then kill their pet goat. Sadly, some innocents will have to die. Kill them if they don’t convert to Christianity.
