Police “incident” reports are bare bones for very good reasons.
In my LEO experience, the responding officers report of a ‘homicide’ would have names of persons involved, a list of other officers on scene and a two or three sentence narrative.
The detectives follow up reports and witness interviews are what build a case.
TIME is merely engaging in obfuscation for the ill-informed.
BTW, I can’t wait for Holder’s umpteenth autopsy to come out and declare Brown’s death a “HOMICIDE”. That should be good for two or three more Days of Rage.
Who, what, where, when and why. And then you go through and question multiple people about those questions and try to piece together a factual story.
