A Santa Barbara man with a contagious case of drug-resistant tuberculosis was wanted on an arrest warrant Friday so he can complete treatment, health officials said.

I once heard that the yearly cost of treating ONE case of VANILLA active TB is something like $800,000 so how much treatment would be for the MR strain would boggle the mind, I believe.
