I don’t recall seeing any big object by our government before the convoy rolled in. Did I miss it. Seems more than a little late to voice this objection now.
Russian has been waging war on the Ukraine for months now.
The West is now drying from that yellow fluid that ran down it’s collective leg, and so far that’s been the only tangible reaction to Russia simply taking what it wants.
Putin calls on Obama to pull his finger.

Obama has long since checked out on Ukraine.
It didn’t work out the way the minions told him it would, Putin isn’t deterred by Alinsky tactics, and it’s making him look bad.
It won’t be long before anybody that mentions Obama and Ukraine in the same sentence is called a “racist that hates the idea of a black president!”, or that mentioning Ukraine is a “racist dog-whistle!”
Smartest thing Obama has done. Toss the Ukrainian Nazis under the bus where they belong.
Now, lets move forward and partner up with Putin's Russia in defeating the Islamic State and their friends. And follow their example in banning homo propaganda, and promoting the family, marriage, christian religion etc and finally pass a flat tax.
